Stiksen ships to countries worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with Postnord, DHL and Fedex. The parcel will in most cases be delivered to a Service Point/Access Point close to your address, from where you shall collect it, but can depending on country also be delivered directly to your door. Prices on the website do not include delivery charges such as local custom, tax or VAT. You will be responsible for payment of any such potential import duties and taxes. Stiksen has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information we suggest you contact our customer service, your local customs office and other relevant parties before placing your order.
In order to deliver your package, we need a physical street address. We cannot deliver to post office boxes. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will be notified by email and/or text message. If you do not claim your package within the set timeline, the package will return to us. In such event you will be debited for all fees in connection with the return delivery as well as the first delivery fee. The same applies for cases where you have inserted incorrect or non-complete address information, which forces our shipping agencies to return the package.
Stiksen aims to dispatch all packages for orders made before 11AM (CET) the same day. Orders made after 11AM (CET) are dispatched the following workday. If the item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will notify you by email. Stiksen is not responsible for delays caused by faulty shipment information, payment authorization, customs clearance, forwarding agent delays or any other unforeseen activities.
Stiksen offers free shipping for all cap orders within EU and Norway.
We use fully tracked shipping methods and you can check the status of your package at any time using the link in the shipping notification e-mail you receive in relation to an order.
Prices on the site are in SEK for Sweden, NOK in Norway, DKK in Denmark, GBP in the United Kingdom and in EUR or USD for all remaining countries. Customers choose to be billed in any of the aforementioned currencies.
Stiksen may vary the prices of products listed on the site at any time and without any notice but such changes will not apply to products in respect of which you have been sent a Dispatch Confirmation. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop Stiksen will give you the option to place a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. Stiksen however reserves the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by e-mail. We are under no obligation to provide goods to you at an incorrect lower price, even once we have sent a Dispatch Confirmation to you, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have been recognized by you as an error.
All prices shown on the site www.stiksen.com are including Swedish VAT (20% of total amount), in accordance with the applicable legislation. For outside the European Union, VAT will be deducted at the checkout and replaced with the equal value in price. In the checkout, prior to placing a binding order, you can see the total price including shipping. Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noticed that Stiksen has whatsoever no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Stiksen cannot predict their amount. Stiksen advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Promo codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.
Stiksen has the right to alter information such as product images and offers, adjust prices and include additional cost without further notice. The product pictures and info texts resemble the products as much as possible but we reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures exactly reflect the true look of the products. We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be completely true to reality. This depends partly on color settings of your computer/monitor and partly on editing effects. Moreover, the technical specifications provided on the products are estimated to our best knowledge, based on input from independent test institutes and suppliers. Lastly, Stiksen reserves the right from any errors on the product.
All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order and reserve the right not to deliver for any reason without any liability to you. Examples of when we may not accept your order include, but are not limited to, incorrect stock level shown on site at the time of receiving the order or if we are unable to authorize your payment. However, we will never charge you without delivering a product with a corresponding value.
Once we have received your order you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order and not an acceptance of your order. Once the order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase. Stiksen does not guarantee that all items included on the site are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable you will be contacted shortly by phone or e-mail. Stiksen cannot guarantee that the content on the page is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date and Stiksen may at any time amend the content of the site. Stiksen holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales and will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of Stiksen products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police and Stiksen reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving the item. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and all accompanied accessories intact - and still in the same new condition as when the product was received. Stiksen does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. Instead, you are responsible for the package until it reaches us. For reimbursement we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Stiksen reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the conditions are not met. Should you like to return a parcel, please e-mail us on email@example.com and we will send you a return form and a pre-paid shipping label to be printed. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.
If a returned product is shipped internationally, please make sure to clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with you order number and state what items you will be returning as well as why.
In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and would like to receive a different product, you are most welcome to send back your purchase for a full refund. We will refund your product(s) for its full value to the account originally used when making your purchase. To ensure that you receive the desired product as fast as possible, we kindly ask you to make a new purchase at your own convenience. Kindly observe, we do not offer any direct service of exchange.
As for the rest, the same procedure as in the case of a Return applies.

When purchasing from Stiksen, your payment is processed by either Shopify Payments, Paypal or Klarna Payment, which are secure electronic payment solutions. We offer secure payments from Visa, MasterCard, Paypal or American Express credit or debit cards.
Storage of information
In order to provide you a better shopping experience, Shopify Payments, Paypal and/or Klarna will store your credit card details so you don’t need to fill in your bank details every time you check out. All credit and debit card information is stored according to the legal frameworks of the card issuers. The information is handled securely on a safe https-site and transferred with the latest Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption.
The Stiksen website is encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser, which you can click on to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You will also notice on the location (URL) field at the top of the browser that the domain name begins with “https” instead of the normal “http”. This means that you are in secure mode.
The personal records Stiksen keeps of customers who make at least one purchase on the website are; name, address, e-mail address, IP-address, phone number and order history. The personal records we collect, save and handle are necessary to handle your order, for instance deliver your products and capture your payment. Moreover, it facilitates to improve your experience on our website.
You can at any point of time e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask us what information on you we have stored in our database as well as ask us to delete them.
Stiksen's responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Stiksen bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, production problems, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. Where Stiksen acts as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using, or not being able to use, the site. Stiksen cannot guarantee a problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site. The site may contain links to other website beyond our reach. We cannot be held liable for content or privacy policies of such sites, but provide the links in order to help customers find further information.
We have the right to assert force majeure in the event of war, state intervention, staff’s illness , revolution, government sanction, lockout, bans, strike, natural disaster, bankruptcy etc which reasonably could not have been expected. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you. Under such circumstances, Stiksen will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
In case you as a customer regret your purchase before us dispatching the product(s), or believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Stiksen by email. If a product has been discontinued, Stiksen has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Stiksen will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
Faulty Delivery and Complaints
If you have not received what you ordered, make sure you contact the Stiksen customer service as soon as it has been discovered. When contacting the customer service, please specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. It is your responsibility to make sure the shipping address is complete and correct.
It is of importance that you as a customer carefully check your products upon reception in order to verify that the products are correct and not damaged. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service on email@example.com. Stiksen has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, Stiksen will send the product back to the customer.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, such as copyright and trademarks, on the website and in the published materials on it are either owned by or licensed to Stiksen. It is allowed to download, print, copy and blog about the material on the site for own personal purposes, however not for business purposes. Any commercial use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content, is prohibited without the permission of Stiksen. Moreover, photographs on the site are not to be copied.
The www.stiksen.com website may include user generated content from e.g. social media applications. Stiksen does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may purchase products on the site for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order on the site, you certify that you are purchasing the product for your own personal use and not for resale and that you accept our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
All frauds are reported to the authorities and Stiksen reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.
