Shipping from 
Sweden.

Delivery time 
1-3 business days after order confirmation in Sweden and 2-5 business days after order confirmation in the rest of the world. All orders are fully traceable.

Shipping fee 
Free standard shipping to Access Points in Europe, including the UK, as well as USA, Canada, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Paid door-to-door shipping options are available in the above mentioned countries.

Returns form

Exchanges 
Free for customers in Sweden only. For all other countries, exchanges are not possible. Instead, make a return and place a new order. Returns form here.

UPS and PostNord, to Access Points as well as home delivery.

Tracking
All orders are traceable via a tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 

Deliveries are made in cooperation with UPS and Postnord. The parcel will in most cases be delivered to a Service Point/Access Point close to your address, from where you shall collect it, but can depending on country also be delivered directly to your door. Prices on the website do not include delivery charges such as local custom, tax or VAT. You will be responsible for payment of any such potential import duties and taxes. Stiksen has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information we suggest you contact our customer service, your local customs office and other relevant parties before placing your order.

In order to deliver your package, we need a physical street address. We cannot deliver to post office boxes. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will be notified by email and/or text message. If you do not claim your package within the set timeline, the package will return to us. In such event you will be debited for all fees in connection with the return delivery as well as the first delivery fee. This fee is 100 SEK for customers in Sweden, and 25 EUR or corresponding value in local currencies for customers in all other countries. The same applies for cases where you have inserted incorrect or non-complete address information, which forces our shipping agencies to return the package.

Stiksen aims to dispatch all packages for orders made before 11AM (CET) the same day. Orders made after 11AM (CET) are dispatched the following workday. If the item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will notify you by email. Stiksen is not responsible for delays caused by faulty shipment information, payment authorization, customs clearance, forwarding agent delays or any other unforeseen activities. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy 
You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and all accompanied accessories intact - and still in the same new condition as when the product was received. Stiksen does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. Instead, you are responsible for the package until it reaches us. For reimbursement we use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Stiksen reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the conditions are not met. Should you like to return an order, visit our Return Page and follow the instructions. 

After we review your return, we will inform you whether it has been approved or rejected. This evaluation can take up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return. If accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the return fee. Please note that any shipping costs from the initial order are non-refundable.

If a returned product is shipped internationally, please make sure to clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. 

Exchange Policy 
In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, and would like to receive a different product, you are most welcome to send back your purchase to make an exchange. We will send out your new desired product(s) as soon we have received the original product(s) back in our warehouse. 

As for the rest, the same procedure as in the case of a Return applies.
