4. Shipping
Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the products become available. If you order in-stock items along with pre-order items, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item is ready to ship. We recommend placing separate orders if you need in-stock items sooner.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders can be canceled anytime before the product is shipped. Once the item has shipped, all pre-orders are final unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
